Photo Gallery Troubleshooting

“My gallery app icon is grey’d out and not clickable.”

Cause: Your e-mail address has not been added to the gallery software.
Solution: Have another user add your e-mail address or contact Einstein.

“My thumbnails are different sizes.”

Cause: The before-and-after images had different dimensions when uploaded.
Solution: Size and crop the images before uploading them to the gallery so that they are uniform.

“My images are tilted sideways.”

Cause: The actual image is tilted.
Solution:  Adjust it with a simple image editing program before uploading.

“I don’t have time to upload images to the gallery.”

Cause: Busy schedule.
